A startup with amazing technology, a great product selling into a growing market…. Wonderful, but somehow the famous hockey stick of growth is not happening.  Or the hyper-growth is there, and the speed and complexity are causing you to lose sleep every night.

Still, as you started to scale, with more people, different customer segments, clients that expect to be handled as if you have a mature team, and investors putting pressure on you, you’ve begun to wonder if you’re up to the task of leading your venture into the next stage.

This three-day program is designed for founders/CEOs of companies that are scaling, whether just starting or fully into it. (From Series A and minimum 10 employees but we expect the majority of the group to have min 20-30 employees and up to 100+).

If you’ve done the LeadiNNg to Scale-Up program, you are automatically eligible (first come first served). Otherwise, we will plan a quick interview to make sure it is a good fit for you.
